Track Times :/

Tried out the slicks for the first time. Turbo was only tuned on 21psi as my fpr was bad when I got it tuned so I just turned up the boost a little bit and logged it.

My best 60' was just a 1.9 but I only ran 14psi in 1st gear and didn't wot shift 1/2nd so that killed my 60' and 1/8. I know it had mid 11's in it even as it sat but I wanted an 11 for now, hit it with out breaking so I called it quits. haha

BTW the Mustang was a 2012 V6. Intake/tune, mid pipe and gears got him a 13.3.

Not bad for a v6 Stang I guess.

11.8 isn't bad either. Im sure u could easily get low 11's. Maybe 10'd later?

Yeah, I'm going to up the boost in 1st and launch the hell out off it and wot shift second. If it's running good raise the boost even higher. Aiming for an 11.4 short term and HOPE for a 10.9 atleast once this year.
But really, considering a lot of ET's here (or in general) for a few simple mods a 13.3 in a V6 pony is geat. Few more trips and another mod or two he will see 12's.

Great cars (if taken care of) with loads of potential and a good aftermarket.

Haha, I wish a bottom/trans build was cheap. Have you seen the prices of a quality input shaft alone? $$

Yeah. After tune is 100% I plan on 28-29psi. Lol and that's still lower boost. Turbo maxes at 37psi, just don't have the fuel system or bottom end for that.

1/8 was pretty bad with 1st gear boost and the 1-2 shift.
7.8 @ 95

(not making excuses, as everybody's traps got a little slower) but a 15-20mph headwind developed later in the day. The run before that was a nasty 2.1 60' I trapped right at 97mph in the 1/8 but for whatever reason my boost box cut it to gate pressure in 4th and it ended in a 12.3 @ 114

Just wondering because my one and only 1/8th mile since my build was 7.6 at 98 on the 93 oct tune. Just seeing where I would of been.

I had a pass that was right at 97mph. The 7.8 @ 95 was with a nasty 1.9 60'. Though fwiw I was only running 14psi in 1st gear. A lot of variables.

If my arf's are looking ok, I'm going back the 17 and want to try 20/29/29/29 and wot shift every gear. We will see.

Btw, happen to have any pics of how you set up your limiting chains?

Spun quite a bit out of the hole but didn't look terrible. Get that 60' down while WOT shifting and mid 11's should be possible. Nice job!

Yeah..first time at the 1/4 and on slicks so I was a retard and stayed in the waterbox for my short burn out. I'm going to try to get a better launch next time. Wot shift 1-2nd (aswell as make the other wot shifts faster it was on 150) ..and turn the boost up a little bit.
