i live in north east pennsylvania and was wondering about tracks where i can just run the car for fun. i know of englishtown, but can i go there or is it just pro stuff? i dont know much about this stuff...

 

Well here in MD we have Capital Raceway, Cecil Couty Raceway, and MIR (Maryland International Raceway) All have a "test and tune" night, useualy on fridays. If you don't want to drive out of state I'm SURE Englishtown has a similer set-up.

 

hey jackalope do we have tracks that go left and right in md or is the clostest summit point?

 

englishtown has a test and tune you can go to.. there is also atco and closer to albany there is lebenon valley raceway that have test and tunes

 

At first I was like ??????? As far as I know Summit Point is the closest.

Yeah 1/4 mile is fun but turns are funner! Sorry man not that I know of.

 

when u test and tune do u get to run a person in the other lane or is it just solo passes? and whats the usual entry about 30 bucks? thanks

 

There will be a car in the other lane. Sometimes you can get a "grudge match" race against your friends.
