ULWizSS BYT EFR LSJ First Run coming up

So as some of you know my car finally received its stage 2 ZZP race trans yesterday. Car was waiting at BYT for 2 months on this little piece before the turbo swap would start.

Now we are just a week or so out with a scheduled first track run on Aug 10 at Englishtown.

Also found out today that zzp overcharged me by 2k so i got a little credit. Told them to start building my stage 2 port and polished head with all the happy internals and a nice turbo cam.

Current setup:

06 SS/SC G85 LSD Turbo Swapped
BorgWarner EFR 6758 Turbo
BYT HP Tuned
BYT 304SS Tubular Manifold w/ Merge Collector
BYT 304SS Catless Down Pipe
BYT 3' CAI
BYT 3' Exhaust Borla XR-1
BYT "Stealth" Charge Pipes
TTR Intake Manifold
TTR Upper Engine Mount
TTR Rear Sway Bar
Eibach Front Sway Bar
Exedy Stage 3 Hyprsingle
DevilsOwn Progressive Meth Kit
ZZP Front/Rear Transmission Mounts
ZZP Front Strut Bar
ZZP Stage 2 Race Trans
ZZP Stage 3 Axles
N2MB Wotbox NLS/2Step
AEM Uego/Boost/EGT
Hurst STS
HP Tuners Software
15's Verde Protocols Rims
15's M & H Slicks (Track)

Will test this out a few times until the head comes in then retune time and run again.

Never run this car on a turbo setup its just getting completed. This will be my first time taking the car down the track. Will be on my slicks again and most likely launching at around 4-5k with the wotbox.

Previous best on a running car was on the sc setup on a 2.9, 42's, DP,Injen BYT Tuned 13.4@104.1.

You should be able to run 11's on that setup fairly easy.

I went 11.80's in our blue car at about 350whp. I realize it's and auto but if you can drive you will be fine. The mph was low because the trans was dying but.

You will do just fine I'm sure, good luck!

Oh I'm definitely subscribing to this thread. Ryan, what tire setup did you have on that 2.4? 11.8 @ 113MPH means you hooked up pretty good. What were the 60's?

Appreciate it, I myself was hoping somewhere in the 11's. Forgot to add the Devils own and the zzp stage 3 axles so i updated my parts list.

Very tempted to call Steve@zzp on monday and tell them to just build me an entire motor top to bottom.

Believe i was one of the first to get it so the numbers had not been completely adjusted. Once i sent in my core everything changed hence the refund. Worked out for me either way.

Will take a bunch of vids from the track from the inside. I am sure someone will catch the runs on the outside.

Yeah i know and i do want to be able to push the turbo to what its capable off and cant really do it currently. Motor is completely stock but like i stated the head is being built by zzp currently.

We will see what it runs and then 3 days later its being dyno tuned by BYT and then back to the track.
