Went To the Track 13.29 at 111.9 Mph
Went to the track yesterday and managed to run a 13.29 at 111.9 Mph had trouble shifting from first to second and after wasting a couple runs we tore into the shifter and found the cable was badly bent at about a 135 degree angle. We managed after much FN around to straighten it out. I Granny shifted the rest on the day and ran in the low 13s. All runs were at 111.5 Mph or better. Still trying to get it hooked up though. Ill post my time slip as soon as I scan it. Its real hard to read because the printout is light. Also clutch is starting to slip so I guess Ill have to put the Spec I have sitting on the shelf in. Heres a video of my 13.29

There were way to many cars there since it was the trick or treat special. 400 cars so I didnt get out of there until 2AM. Test and tune from now on out. We will head up next Saturday. Im going to check out the shifter and make sure its OK and try some more aggressive shifting next week. Then I guess it will be clutch time. Im pretty pleased with the Nitto DRs. I was running them at 15 psi and slowly starting to figure them out. I hope I can get into the 12s next time out and run a couple more mph.

Did you put in a N2MB wotbox? I thought I heard a two step. Mine is set at like 5000rpms so thats not going to help you on drag radials. On a drag radial I would prolly set it at 25-3000 and slip it out quick. Almost a dump but just enough slip in there to not get the tires frying, a little spin is going to be ok as long as your not wheel hopping.
