What a friggen handfull off the line
What a friggen handfull off the line
Went the track today and basically got nothing buy frustrated . I couldnt manage to get a clean launch to save my life . I could never really get a feel for the car because due to the fact that there was a million cars there I only got 3 runs . Im pretty surprised the rearview mirror is still on the windsheild , on 2 of my runs it wheel hopped that bad . Im sure it will get MUCH better once I figure out how to get this off the line , but a pretty overall dissapointing day .
Weather : mid 90's , track surface temp 136*
, clear , baro= high 29's all day
, so many cars in the staging line all my runs ..the car was 190-200* .
1) 60 - 2.94 et 15.72@96.1
2) 60 - 2.32 et 14.80@96.8
3) 60 - 2.59 et 15.25@94.9 This run I went into 4th , wont do that again
I need a day at the track I can make like 50 passes

It's a lot different than RWD
Glad to see you got into the 14's though. I've watched a Cobalt SS run nothing but 15's. The car still had a dealer plate so It probably wasnt broken in yet or hitting full boost. From your numbers it seems like you are a good driver so I bet with more runs you'll run consistant mid to low 14's.
