axle bind??

i just lowered my ss/sc on h&r and the front right wheels has a sort of wobble to it from 0-20 or if i gun it

iv been researching and seems i have axle bind so my question is i know there isnt a positive fix but would it be worth it to buy ottp stage 1 axles to see if its goes away?

since it could also be happening from a axle going bad and what not
