i am wondering if anyone has one of these installed? how they work? how hard they are to install? i am thinking about ordering one but don't want to waste the money if it does not work.

i have one, they rock..
its only two cables that need hooked to two cables near the transmission, there is a how to about it..
Basically there is three buttons.. stock, which does nothing of course but use normal shifting.. then there is stage 1 which is a dot on the device that shifts a little firmer.. then stage 2 which shifts hard as hell depending on how you drive.. you will hear your tranny trust me, sounds like its about to fall off but dont worry, isnt nothing..
Basically it ups to line pressure higher and max pressure on stage 2.. it makes the clutch packs engage quicker which then gives faster and instant shifts and allows a longer life for your transmission..
dont pay attention to how loud it is when you shift or how ruff it can get like when reversing and pushing to drive quick, jerks like a horse
i recommend getting tranny mounts though in the future..
member these help with the fact of not letting your clutch packs slip which cuts down tranny heat, prolongs life of tranny, and is fun to drive with..
i drive on stage 2 basically all the time and usually am never on stage 1 or stock..

Yeah, Mines been shifting really *****-like lately.
Like slightly harder than stock, but nowhere near what it used to.
So I went under the hood today to **** with my fusebox, and the Shiftplus was on Stage I
I was like "WTF?!", switched it back to Stage II and I've been grinning ever since
