Best Clutch for my setup?

What type of clutch setup would I need for the mods I have? Also how much of a difference in ride quality will I experience? The only other thing I plan on doing is exhaust to my car. I also need a new flywheel. From my understanding, there are different types. Could someone explain the weight differences in those?

Its in the dealership right now. He said the stock clutch and flywheel are toast and it would be the same after a few months too so I'm pretty much forced to get a bigger one. They said theyd put it in for free so why not?

You might think it's a bit much but I HIGHLY recommend the Exedy stage 3 clutch. Problem free, pedal feel is amazing and it grips INSANELY well.
