CBM Remote Oil Filter Adaptor

Copied and pasted from Jbody.org from my post over there about the same subject

This is mainly for the supercharged ecotec guys. I have been looking for these parts for a while, and have known about this company, just didnt have time or money to actually attempt it all. well I just spent about 45 minutes on the phone with these guys, and these parts will work with a street car.

First is and adaptor for the LS1 TB to bolt to the M61. That is probably not relevent for any of the cobalt guys as you are all drive by wire correct???

There is an adaptor that will bolt the ls1 tb to the blower with the stock PS pump still there and working, and will clear everything. the one in the picture does not have provisions on the adaptor for the IAC. they said they usually modify the TB, however they are in the middle of a redesign that will have the IAC provisions on the adaptor. and will be orings on the TB side as well.

Second, here is an adaptor that will easily allow for the installation of a remote oil filter, and or a oil cooler on the ecotec motors.

If any of you would be interested in any of these, please let me know as I am setting up a GP for them on Jbody.org.

That is actually pretty smart with the filter adaptor. That area down there is so cramped with wires and vacuum lines its not even funny. Its nice that it has the AN fittings on it too.

Love the oil filter adapter, lets you run a larger filter (and a cooler) in an easier to access location

Not in my budget at the moment though

it might come with -10 an fittings. we are still working those details out. lines would be up to you as that would be different for every car.

the prices are as follows, howeve this is for the ADAPTOR ONLY with no fittings. that price is still be negotiated.

We have them on sale $149.99. If you would like to purchase multiple items the pricing structure breaks down like this:

3-5 units $10 off ea
5-10 units $15 off ea
10-20 units $20 off ea
