Clutch Lines

Can stainless steel clutch lines be swapped out after a new clutch/flywheel are put in somewhat easily or is it better to do it all at the same time? I ordered the GMPP upgrade kit and new flywheel which came yesterday, and the lines which came separately and missed the delivery so I won't have them before my car goes in to have all the work done. Am I better off putting it off until I have everything, or just get what I have done now and do the lines later?

It wouldn't matter if you did it later, but you might as well go ahead, I think it'd be easier. Save you from having to bleed the clutch twice -- which is such a PITA.
