my clutch is shitting the bed and im stuck between these two clutches. I want to keep my stock flywheel and i plan on having the dealer do the labor so i dont run into warranty denial later on. the service guy asked me to contact the company that sells the clutch and to find out if its ok if the flywheel is resurfaced, he said some companies design their clutches with close tolerances. i'd like to here everyones pro/cons, personal exp. to help me decide. also, how much torque can each hold. and not percent , id like to know numbers please and thank you.

I personally have the ZZP South Bend Stage 4+ and I have had ZERO issues. I am also big turbo putting down 420whp 420wtq on a mustang dyno. Feels good, engages good, tough but good enough to daily drive.

I don't get this?? They're gonna give you a warranty on an aftermarket clutch?? Even if it's for labor...how can they do that?? If the aftermarket takes a SH##T, they're gonna cover labor for another one? WOW!

CM4:
Warning: Due to the solid (no Marcel) friction rivet design, the FX400 disc engages very quickly and may chatter slightly in first and reverse. To help alleviate this problem, we only use premium ceramic friction material
CM3 is segmented Kevlar and will be MUCH easier to drive in the street. Not saying CM4 will be a problem, since guys here use pucked discs. Just a heads up. If you wanna race it hard...then that's the ticket. Keep in mind, there's no *free lunch*..grippier clutch is harder on the tranny.

Hope you intend to race this car a lot:

The ZZP 4+ has more clamping power using same ceramic full face disc..2300lbs vs 1900 for Stage4..so that might be the ticket.
