First Time Buying Clutch

Hey guys, Im getting the upgraded LSJ clutch kit for my LNF, but I am wondering if there is anything else that I should get when replacing the clutch, as I have never done one before. LNF is my first manual.

I know this is debatable, but I am going with a new LSJ flywheel; its not every day the trans gets worked on, so Im doing it while I can.

8 Flywheel bolts

Anything else? I see CED has a LNF TOB spacer, and thats the stuff I have no idea if I should order or not.

Thanks guys

GMMP Clutch Kit comes with:
-New pressure plate
-New clutch disc
-New LNF TOB

Add in:
-8 Flywheel to crank bolts
-A new OEM flywheel
-A new OEM clutch pipe

You can buy that spacer if you would like, but I cannot comment on its effectiveness. I have done a couple GMPP clutches for people and did not use it, even on my own car, and everything was perfect.

Thanks guys. On CED, their clutch kit now includes the clutch pipe and alignment tool. So I would only need the flywheel and the 8 flywheel bolts

Yes sir.

You reuse the pressure plate to flywheel bolts. They are not torque to yield.

LSJ FW is not debatable. I have one in my LNF. It is perfectly fine. Just to make sure I got a LSJ pressure plate to use with it.

I have never tried to put the LNF PP on the LSJ FW tho.
