Some people would say a Spec 3+ is better. I haven't had any problems with mine. It started out on the stiff side but the more I drive it the better it gets. It feels about like factory now and it doesn't slip when I shift.

I know a couple of guys who have the FX400 and they love them. I have also bought the FX400 but the 4 puck one, I just haven't had a chance to use it yet.

We (MP) are going to begin stocking the Clutchmasters clutches for the Cobalt shortly, and would be happy to help you with a clutch.

Ive got to warn you though, normally, the stage 4, or fx400 clutches are either on, or off, and you really cant feather the clutch in daily driving, backing in and out of parking spaces, etc.
I highly recommend the stage 3, which is good for up to 350-400 wheel horsepower.

Ive got a stage 3 clutch from Clutchmasters in my 03 SRT-4, and with me having 330 wheel horsepower, and me driving like a bastard it holds up just fine, and has held up for just about 12,000 miles now without any hiccups.

Send me a pm, or call me sometime, Id be happy to help you with your Clutchmasters needs.
