Unhappy Got in a small accident (with pics) need help diagnosing what needs fixed

Well..... i was going around a corner, hit some sand and went straight into the curb

I'm probably going to just take it to a dealer to get fixed, but i'm trying to get an idea of what i'm in for before i do it.

So far looks like this is what i need:

new wheels (obviously)
driver side control arm
(Not sure if the cv joint came out or not, maybe somebody can help me here)
rear axel

Thats just a quick guess let me know if you think i'm missing something. Here's some pictures of the carnage so you can get an idea.

thanks guys. . . .

i dont want to claim it. my insurance would probably drop me. only what i took pictures of appears to be damaged from initial inspection. What i'm wondering is what all parts people may think is damaged, what parts and such

That cross member is the twist beam that holds the rear trailing arms in line i.e. it's part of the rear axle assembly, and a sideways blow to the rear wheels will cause that kind of damage, but there may well be no damage to the mounts (seen in the last photo), since the bushings will tolerate a fair amount of twisting without pushing the bolt flanges too far out of line, so all of that should be fixable by replacing the axle assembly. Not cheap, probably $800, but may not require any bodywork, though it's made contact with the floorpan in the middle.

you dont bend a subframe up like that without causing damage to the unibody. the car will likley need to go on a frame jig and be pulled. thats a pricey fix, i also have to agree, use insurance. if you dont think itll be that bad, get it towed in for an estimate.

dude, i fucked up so hard. My car is in the shop right now, $3500 worth of damage plus a reckless driving ticket, exhibition of speed, and a speeding ticket. I may be parting out depending on what my parents say.

I would tow it to a collision shop that does a free estimate. You'll have to sort through their bullshit, but it will give you an idea...
