HELP! Lost all gears & shifter will not move side to side

So pulled into my drive way, and went to put it into first and no gear. Then all the gears disappeared. Shifter was loose and sloppy and would move in circles.

I knew it was probably the rollpin, so I replaced it, and not only will it not go into gear, but it does not move side to side. The lower shift fork literally seems like it is siezed and will not move.

Any one have any recommendations?

Nope, not at all. It doesn't move, but the upper one will.

Just thought I'd let you folks know....I figured it out. The rollpin snapped while I was in gear, so the lower fork was just stuck. Kind of a stupid problem to have, but there it is.
