Lightbulb Help tranny problem!!! Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK SO YESTERDAY I WENT TO THE PALM BEACH INT'L RACE TRACK. 1ST TIME ON THE TRACK. OK SO IM READY FOR TAKE OFF AND I WENT A LITTLE TO HIGH ON LAUNCH AND I BROKE COMPLETELY LOSE ALL OF FIRST INTO SECOND THROUGH HALF OF SECOND AND WHEN I FINSH MY PASS. WHEN I PARK UP I SEE SOME SMOKE COMING FROM UNDER MY HOOD, OPENED IT UP AND THERE WAS TRANNY FUILD ALL OVER MY HEADER AND SUB FRAM AND DRIPPING UNDER THE CAR. SO I CHECKED THE TRANNY FOR ANY CRACKS NONE. WELL I DROVE HOME FROM PALM BEACH TO MIAMI DADE FINE ONLY ONE THING WHEN I GO INTO BOOST THE CLUTCH SLIPS(SPEC STAGE 3 WITH FLYWHEEL. ALSO ITS STILL DRIPPING VERY LITTLE AFTER I DRIVE IT. I THINK IT MIGHT BE A SEAL. ANY OTHER IDEAS WILL HELP BEFORE I DROP IT TO CHECK FOR MYSELF.

Thats a lot cheaper than trying to fix one. Yon can use yours for spare parts for later on down the road. It also says make offer.

If the clutch is slipping, there's fluid on it. Gonna be a crack inside the case, or the input shaft seal. Pull the trans

Most likely. Track was actually quite sticky.

can almost say positively you cracked the trans inside the bell housing, and if trans fluid got on the clutch disc, well it's garbage now

Why do you keep arguing with people

Oil on a friction surface isnt good

If you don't want people to ask year and model of car then don't ask for help

Hard to diagnose something that people don't know what to go with could be a F23 or a F35 Trans

It's an LSJ, year doesn't matter.

The clutch might be savable, but it's probably easier to just order a new disc, they aren't that expensive. The trans is probably garbage. Sucks, but that's what happens when they hop.

Pull it and see, gonna have to come out either way. Doesn't have to be a big crack.

Spec might be the only place to get the disk itself. Call them up direct and at least get a part # for the disc, and ask them if you can buy from them or if you have to go through a dealer. I know Exedy will sell you replacement disks direct from them.
