When you guys find out about the shifter inquire about a toque and scarf for it, or else it will be frozen every morning (for those of you who actually have winters)

Oh god, you just gave my right hand frostbite thinking about grabbing a cold metal shift knob *shutter*

RK Sport / Hurst shifter

No ETA from Hurst yet, but I can tell you that the one in our SEMA Ion Redline feels better than the B&M.

I will get an ETA for y'all Monday.

Just got back from SEMA and there were some SMOKIN' Cobalts out there. If you followed Bob Mull/ Team GMCI's Evil "Z" Cavalier you will know that Bob is at it again with a wide body Cobalt that is just awesome!!

Can't wait!!!! I told my mom to get me this for Christmas so I need to tell her when she'll be parting with her hard-earned money.

Wow...

I have always loved hurst shifters, its a family tradition.

My planned mods for spring:

- Stage 2
- K&N
- Magnaflow Muffler
- Hurst Shifter

If this is like every other K&N I have been involved with, read the instructions carefully, make sure you have the right tools for the job, and you will have no problems.

I would assume that as well, since I'm pretty sure that if you installed a shifter with the instructions from a K&N you'd really have a problem on your hands...

Exclamation Hurst S.T. shifter

Summit is pretty close. We were told 30 days by Hurst as of this afternoon. Our rep has yet to make it back from SEMA so the official word is that "there is no official word yet.

I will stay on top of this for the Cobalt and the Saturn. As soon as I receive word this forum will be the first to know.

If the members that are interested want to get involved in a group buy I have no problem with that.

I would however like to get the official release date and product pricing before we start.

Once I have this info i will start another thread dedicated to the group purchase.

Mine is leased.. I put a short throw shifter in mine (B&M).. Just take it out when you trade the lease in that's what I am doing.. Then I will just sell it and make some money back.. Alteast I can enjoy it for 4 years.. It's the stuff you cant take off you loose money on.. IE.. Tinted windows but I mean I will still enjoy the benefits of those that it will make them worth the money in 4 yrs time

Well these quote un quote sponsors payed to sell their products here. And this company did not. So I am respecting the rules of the board. The price is about 137.00. PM me and I will give you the link.

I love my B&M shifter. The hurst shifter prob. works similar. I guess it's just what you like to look at more.

Do you have to pull up the reverse lockout to go into fifth gear? I know Vendian has that problem.
