well im hope they replace mine as Ive had them for a year in october.... sad part is I have gone back to the track since replacing my stock axles with these. and I never had a thought in the back of my head of something insane happening like this to my axle. I always wanted to go back to the track but I am scared cause I break something everytime ive been there lol

if you have been through three roll pins you aint easy on the trans when shifting and thats a for sure... no disrespect, you cant shift hard and put a lot of power thru the trans more than it was spec'd for and not get what you have, bunch of broken pieces; And if it has powerhopped at all, x 20 (you aint easy)

thats exactly what happend to my tranny 2 times...brought 2nd up to 6k shifted to 3rd and all i heard was chunks of broken metal inside the gear and no 3rd gear

i havent broken any roll pins on the car..just 2 trannys which ended costing me 8k that was suppose to be warrantied

i dont care to argue; any one loses a trans, its a good bet they also had: 1. powerhop. 2. wot hard shifts 3. more power than stock. 4. drove it hard and shifted fast.... i have 2 out of 4 , now 1 ou tof 4, and no trans problems in 30k miles. Oh and i also have missed the odd shift, and ground the odd gear shift due to driver error (stupid, careless, sloppy clutch/hand co-ordination)

I honestly think its how the power comes on that determines the survivability of the tranny. The supercharge system is putting so much torque through it so quickly and instantly that its not able to cope with it while a turbo system builds it at a more gradual pace.

Where did you guys get your transmission service manuals? I've called 4 GM dealers and they all tell me they can't get one for me.
