so installed my ky clutch and I'm having a issue were with the clutch fully depressed it wont go into gear but half depressed it works like butter it almost seem like its over engaging need help asap

 

the KY clutch engages very high; it is a very on/off PP.

 

Did you bleed the clutch

 

I've bleed it like 4 different way multiple times and the issue is that it re engages when the pedal is right at the floor but if i go half way down it is completely disengaged the push the pedal further down and it r engauges slightly
