Need some input guys

My car sat in the driveway for about a month during winter. I started it a few times and everything seemed fine. The last time I started it, the check engine light came on and my buddy ran the codes that came back cam and crank sensor. I brought it to him, he changed the sensors, cleared the code, and within minutes the light came back on. Also, I noticed that the turbo was boosting higher than usual, around 22-23 psi. Do you guys think that it could be the timing chain? And also, the boost issue, not sure what that could be. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
