assuming you have both your hands ... 0$

(thats if you can borrow a pulley puller)

there is no set price for a plulley swap...every shop will have different rates so check around for prices ..

well you can allways get a modular pulley system with a 3" to be completely safe and later when you have more money get a smaller pulley ring and swap whenever you like ...

yes it will be noticeable ...

I would suggest doing a 2.9 or 3" and do the free intake mod at the same time ... as well as the boost bypas mod (free) and you will be very satisfied with sound and performance

do it yourself ..rent a pulley puller and have at her ... if your not that mechanically inclined find a buddy who is and invest in a cold case of beer ...you would be amazed what work you can get done for beer ... I'm sure one of the NJ cobalt owners have a pulley puller they would bring to a meet and help you swap it out for some beer

look pretty ???

if the billet flow one you are looking at is Aluminum it will be lighter and thus spin more freely due to less parasitic inertia.. however besides boost the other gains are relatively small … there will be less parasitic drag though, so boost will be increased as well as come on faster

generally accepted assumption is 8-10 WHP for every PSI ... but its not a science ,..there are many factors at play ..(elevation temperature humidity ect)

depends what you dyno stock ...if you look around this site ...allot of people dyno in the 220-230 range stock ... it also depends on the dyno kind ...

again its not a science ..but it will make a performance difference and it is the best bang for buck mod ..
