Rear Trans mount, Good or Bad?

Hey i have an 06 SS/SC and i noticed my exhaust is sagging and hitting my sway bar, then i noticed that this may be from my rear trans mount, from these pictures does it look like i should replace it? if not what else?

The pics seem broken to me, but another thing to look at is that after some time the rubber hangers in the exhaust stretch and let the pipes hang a little lower than when they are new.
