shift question

shift question

weather i shift from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd ect; my car seems to go into boost once i let go of the clutch and barely touch the gas....ill shift 3k-3500k rpm from 1st to 2nd, and when i let the clutch back out in 2nd i go into boost at about 3-5lbs but im hardley on the gas. any ideas?

well first of all we need to know if your sc or tc, if your sc it seems perfectly normal, if your tc then there MIGHT be something wrong

s/c...so its normal to go into boost with barely taping the gas when i shift? hmm

I've honestly never looked at the boost guage when shifting. I'll check this out when I leave work later

Yeah when i had my SC I was always in boost pretty much

on my way home from work i tried letting the clutch out slower that seemed to help a little, maybe the touchy gas petal comes into play as well. but i def noticed that it was a dramatic jerk when i hoped off the clutch rather then ridin it out i guess you could say
