Ark was working on two, one for the 2.0 and one for the 2.2/2.4 but I guess the project crashed and burned because they were supposed to be available near the end of April and here it is the middle of July and still nothing but crickets from them...

Sorry, this might be a silly question that's been answered before, that link says for 2000-2005 Cavaliers with reverse lockout. I'm pretty sure my 2007 doesn't have that. Will this fit anyways with lockout just being useless?

Thanks,
Tom

I have the TWM and love it. but there all theoretically the same. i just payed more for the same thing. i had bought the car and ordered the short throw. without check in sources on here . but it was very easy to install and feels great.

I know they all say reverse lock out, and the 2.4's don't have it... Just ignore it, the shifter still works, our trannys just don't have the cable that links to the RLO sleeve of the shifter.

no it's not really that short. that is my car posted on their website because I was the first 08 LS to have it installed, it took some moddifying, here are more recent pics... notice the aluminum boot ring which come with it.. i cut he ring because it was too long also cut the shaft about 1.5" and used a tap and die to make it fit. i love it

yes but the reverse lock will need to come off, you can push a pin out and cut it to length, check out my pictures.
