they make the mounting of the shifter solid, instead of the rubber ones that come with the car. shifts should be more solid and crisp.

i love the TWM, but like i said Eric, 100 bucks and mine is yours.

well i had the hurst in my car for like2 weeks and it took a ****...the shitty way they use to hold the shifter in place is a little lock washer type thing and it sucks the B&M i have right now is fucken awesome and it holds with bolts not a fucken washer so i know it wont ever move...

If you are interested in the Hurst or B&M, we are still running our Black Friday sale and they are going for DIRT CHEAP!!!

As for which I like, I run the Hurst in hour car and have NEVER had any issues with it... I had the B&M unit and for some reason I like the Hurst over the B&M unit.

check TWM's threads, they posted up an installation manual in one, and it shows where they go.

Not sure what you're talking about, mine held together fine, just like Karo said. I like that the Hurst is solid and heavy, i would prefer it anyday over the B&M, but that's just MO.

i'll buy the TWM, but i won't install it until the hurst fails, if ever.

The TWM is a nice sturdy piece. The bushings made the shifting just feel smoother and sharper.

Also, I bought mine a couple months ago and they send it out with very extensive install instructions, including instructions on how to install the bushings.

I installed my TWM (on a F23) during the summer. It did take me a little time to get used to the different in-gear positions, and the different reach, (throws?), but now there is no way could go back to stock. The feel is much more positive.

opps, lol voted wrong, but i'll just say it, TWM FTMFW, both hurst and B&M have caused issues on several ss/sc's on here, i know TWM has always been hardcore about their product quality and they've always come thru for their customers with amazing shifters and weights knobs.

I have felt the hurst before and it feels a bit sloppy compared to my b&m. One benefit of the b&m is that sparco makes knobs for it, that's what i'm running. Love the feel of it. Never used the TWM before but I bet it's an awesome product, but more pricey. I have a pic of my shifter in my gallery.
