Short Throw Shifters

Can anyone lay down the facts about the Short Throw Shifters out for the cobalt ss lsj. I know of Hurst, B&M, ARK, and TWM. So is there others and which has the biggest reduction? I heard bad things about hurst and b&M. good things from twm but it seems not that much of a difference from stock. I like ARK's setup but is it good???

TWM is the best and most expensive. from what i heard hurst isnt that great. ARK is brand spanking new and dont know much about it. imagine its similair to the B&M. i have B&M and im happy. but if you got the money TWM with weighted knob

B&M and HURST are the same company now, so they are the same shifter

Same here, the B&M is great, not too much shorter, but just short enough for me.

I had hurst and it was a good shifter. I had a little trouble getting reverse lookout to work smoothly, But it could be adjusted. The TWM I had to have cause I am a piticular about what I put on my car. I heard alot of good things about it so I desided to get one. Let me tell you it is a work of art, worth the money. I got the base bushings and the weighted knob, and the shifter is silky smooth, great craftsmenship. But like I said before the hurst was a good shifter, but I wanted the best and right now I think TWM has it mastered. Don't know anything about ark's, but ark does make some nice products. I also think B&M is a comproble shifter to hurst but they are different, The b&m users i've talk to havent had the same problems as the hurst users, so to some the b&m is a better shifter than hurst. I like the hurst name and style so that's why I went with them in the first place.
