startingline05 01-12-2012 02:40 PM

when someone pulls this off (specially if you kept it under 2g's) you would pretty much be god of this forum

mexi_loco 01-12-2012 02:46 PM

MastaShaKe_88 01-12-2012 02:47 PM

I've seen a RWD cobalt before >.< there's videos of a couple of em float in around ze interwebs

Billig ss/sc 01-12-2012 02:48 PM

Hypothetically, wouldn't it be easier to just swap the motor, trans, etc to the trunk and make it rear engine? You'd have to move the fuel tank and mess with some of the suspension and whatnot, but then you wouldn't have to worry about all the complications of a drivetrain, new tranny, etc, etc.

Click

EXsoccer1921 01-12-2012 02:52 PM

you're also gonna need a hefty amount of bracing in the rear end to mount the axle. i could see a lot of the metal back there just buckling from not being designed to handle the power being put down back there
