Finished a clutch install on my 09 Cobalt SS w/ lsd. The car starts up fine but appears to be stuck in one of the forward facing gears no matter what position the shifter is in. I have tried to manually shift the trans into neutral via the levers on the trans and can get the top (weighted) lever into the center position (per gm service manual) but cannot get the bottom lever to shift at all.

Has anyone had a similar issue and if so what was the solution?
