I was driving down the highway, and my speedometer spiked down, power steering light came on, and my tranny just started downshifting, read a few forums and learned it was the TCM, okay, so I got a new one, unhooked my battery as instructed, and installed the new TCM.. 30 minutes later, rehooked my battery and drove the car, and noticed my speedometer still didn't work, my power steering light still came on, and my tranny still wouldn't shift correctly.. previously I checked for any codes via programmer, it said there were no codes, then I plugged in my code reader and it still said there were no codes.. what else could it be??

 

you need a scan tool that can look at the data stream. it may have no vehicle speed sensor signal, but the tcm wont always pick up on that, it sometimes just assumes the car isnt moving.
