Question Is there a way?

To make a cobalt all wheel drive i'm trying to find a conversion kit for the rear axle but so far am unsuccessful, has anyone tried to do this? if so did you find anything that would work for it? thank you

This is going to cost you an arm and a leg. Also, sometimes this kits actually do more harm to your ride then good. Wouldn't recommend it, but thats just my opinion.

AWD isn't always better...the reason why Evo and STis are kick AWD, is because they have 234957293759 different lil electronic doo dads...

What everyone else said..It will cost you A LOT of money! Its more than just axles...You have to mess with just about everything that deals with suspension...I think.

Suspension, transmission, it would be a totally be a mechanical system too.

It would be a royal PITA.

Go get a rex or a awd talon/eclipse

ok then maybe i wont do it then i just thought that it would be a good idea but from what you are all saying i would be screwing myself so i guess its better if i don't but thank you for your input i have another question what is a good sounding muffler for this car i want one that is low and that doesnt back fire when the rpm's are dropping anyone know of some sound clips or anything or any of you have one that would be something like that thank you

i thought about spending money to make my balt awd, but i decided aint worth the cost, i gotta feeling i would be spending 15 grand + easily for parts labor just isn't worth it.
