Arrow Transmission and clutch replacement on LNF! NEED HELP!!

Alright guys, I have a huge problem on my hands.
First off, I'll start with my transmission.
So about a year ago, I decided to lower my car on eibach springs. Cars looks good and all, but after about 8 months of driving on them, I started hearing this weird whining sound. It sounds like 2 pieces of metal are grinding on each other. I honestly have no idea how to explain what it even sounds like. But anyways, went to a few shops, and they've all told me the same thing: that when I lowered the car, the axles pushed the bearing too far into the tranny, which is making the bearings grind on each other, making that noise. Fyi, my car's only at 43k miles.

So here is my questions:

Has anyone ever had this problem before?
Should I just find a new transmission, or just change out the bearings?
How hard is it to pull the tranny out?

Oh and questions about the clutch:

My clutch is going out, so where should I get a new one?
Go with new or used?
How hard is the installation?

Any help with be much appreciated. I really need to get this fixed. Car's been sitting in my driveway for like 2-4 months now. Miss driving it..

Lowering it would not effect the wheel bearings as they are connected with a CV joint. Trans might whine with age but you only have 43000 so cant say for sure if the differential is making the noise. Get somebody who knows what their doing to help you with the clutch or take it to a good shop. Plenty of clutch setups available. Check the driveline forum. Make sure you get a new slave (TOB) and pipe

^^ This. As far as the clutch goes, it depends on what you're looking for and what your power goal is. If your car is stock or near stock, a new factory clutch would be a good option for you. If you have lots of bolt ons and a tune like Trifecta or HPT, then I'd suggest a nice aftermarket setup. Tons of options out there, try doing a search on here. They have Exedy, ZZP, KY, Clutchmasters, Spec, etc. Just like Mongorat said, whatever clutch you go with, have someone experienced help you/install it for you, and make sure you install a new slave cylinder (also referred to a throw-out bearing) and a new pipe.

Okay so let me put the clutch problems aside, and figure out what the transmission problem is first.
What should the first step be, in figuring out what the problem is with the tranny?
Get the $100 diagnostics from GM? Take it apart myself?
How hard is it, to take out the tranny?

I dynoed at 303 whp and 370 torque. Looking for new mods soon; probably will be needing an aftermarket clutch.

Yea for sure, with those power levels you definitely want an aftermarket clutch. As for as the transmission goes, it's a PITA to take it out if you don't have access to a life. You gotta get the car up pretty high on jack stands to have enough room. I think there's a how-to somewhere on the site for tranny removal/clutch replacement. If you have the money, I'd probably just take the car down to a dealership, pay the 1 hour diagnostic fee and let them tell you whats wrong with. Then go from there depending on the problem.

Usually, they charge a minimum of 1 hour for a diagnostic fee. At most dealerships, the labor rate is $90-100 an hour. Depending on how extensive the problem is, they may charge you an additional hour. That covers the diagnostic of the symptoms/complaint you have with the car. After they tell you whats wrong, you can pay them to repair it, or just pay the diagnostic fee and get your car back to fix it yourself or take it elsewhere.
