Weird shifting/clutch

I changed my slave cylinder and refilled Trans with brand new fluid from the dealer, I've bled the new slave several times, right after I bleed it the pedal feels good, engaging about halfway and shifting ok, then after a few minutes driving it will start engaging after just barely letting the pedal off the floor and it will shift very hard, it doesn't make any sense to me, brand new slave and needs bled every time I drive it to shift and engage properly, I'm not leaking fluid anywhere, bottom of the Trans is dry and my brake fluid never goes down, am I missing something here? Could it be a problem with my clutch pedal itself? The clutch looked good when I had the Trans off I'm not sure where to go from here, I saw things about stainless clutch lines and the clutch rod and spacer kit from zzp, would it be worth trying that stuff? It's almost like the slave is having to over extend to disengage the clutch fully and after a bleed and a few pedal pumps it gets lazy, I just really don't want to do a slave again

Did you replace the master cyl? It could still be air in the line.
