Good peak numbers but its dying HARD up top for E85..

My last dyno the car held an almost totally flat 340+ whp from 3k to redline.

Car is definitely dieing off up top pretty good. Wonder if that's due to Vince's conservative tuning with regard to timing?

With a power curve like that it is probably better to shift at around 5800 or so. It is making some killer torque numbers down low!!

Problem is it's running out of fuel. It looks similar to my bolted Full E85 dyno from yesterday but the slight dips in his are more exaggerated on my car. I kept seeing the FRP oscillating, Im def trying a in tank pump today!

Awesome results for sure.

Pardon the minor thread hijack: Nick, now that HP Tuners has new tables released with their 2.23 beta, can you tune for a 1:1 ratio (50-50) ethanol blend now? Not sure I want to step all the way up to 100% E85 at the moment, but E47 is sounding pretty good.

Yes, the 401whp car we did yesterday was Eblend with HPT only.

Tuning for 1:1 was available before the most recent beta.

Nice to see that you're willing to step it up to 1:1 as most members were recommending to you a while back.

Have fun with it.

OP,

Just took a second look at your sig and the "TOASTY!" guy and saying made me roll all over my kitchen counter tops laughing my ass off.

Good old MK!
