The video of the Back-To-Back Same Day test done by that Dynapack shop doesn't lie. They ran the car, did the work, and crunched the #'s.

Additionally, I also verified this myself a while back with a completely different car.

When I owned an '06 Focus ST, I dynoed it on Synapse's Dynapack. With I/E, dozens of people on the Focus Fanatics Forums were all reporting the same numbers.

Consistent 135-140whp on roller dynos.

But with those same exact mods, I got precisely 127whp at Synapse. Using the same 10% conversion factor again, you get (Ta Da!) ....

141whp. Exactly what everyone else was getting with those mods on roller dynos.

Beginning to notice any consistencies here L/W?

Well, if it's still not adding up for you yet - then why don't do this: shell out $75 (what Synapse charged me) and put your car on a Dynapack and let me know what you get.

I'd be VERY interested in seeing those reesults ...

They charged you $75 so they could get a comparison of their 08 SS to a Stage II SS/SC???

those are nice numbers though with the 2.4 kit... boostedg5 needs to get a new dyno he's supposed to be over 300 easily close to 350 if i remember correctly he is running 15 psi on the hahn kit..
you really shouldn't talk sometimes, seriously. It was a joke, and he didnt even get butthurt, but you did. I'm the same way on RLF? HAHAHAHAHA please stop, you really have no clue what ur talkin about. And hes not even close to beng faster then me so try again.

I know rod will finish his car, it was another joke. Stop playing cop on this site, and stop gettin butthurt for other people.

no we didnt ask frank to pay anything he practically fought us to take it.

frank the dynopack vs roller thing isnt so cut and dry. they might have compared theirs to a roller, but ive seen some dynapacks that read very high. it all comes down to each individual dyno and its user not a specific brand or model compared to another.

It would be the same or higher honestly. I don't know many people that trap 86 in the 1/8th with only 253 whp

That's good business, I'm glad to hear it. He should have been more specific so as not to make you guys look like you were ripping him off...

Yes you did! Your a great bunch of guys, and I'm no college kid working at McDonalds.

So I was happy to pay the $75.

Get a clue people, it's called having class ... something that's in extremely short supply on this forum.

,frank the dynopack vs roller thing isnt so cut and dry. they might have compared theirs to a roller, but ive seen some dynapacks that read very high. it all comes down to each individual dyno and its user not a specific brand or model compared to another.
I understand what your trying to say, but please understand that I haven't based my conclusions solely on that one Dynopack shop's testing.

First off (and as I have already stated here before) I got the same exact result differentials from the testing I did at your facility of my '06 Focus ST. Other people's various roller dynos from across the country showed the EXACT same % difference that I received there with my SC.

Exactly.

That's no mere coincidence, not by any stretch of the imagination.

Additionally, I've spent quite a bit of time cross referencing a variety of tech articles and tests, computing the #'s frontwards and backwards. And it all works out the same.

So I am forced to stick with the facts.

But let me once again say "Thanks" for the great time I had at Synapse Motorsports. Best of luck to you in all of your business endeavors!

(to those on this forum who simply just say whatever comes to mind with absolutely no basis at all to their suppositions, I strongly suggest that you get some much needed time behind the wheel before consistently embarrassing yourself on this forum. It's embarrassing not only to you, but to Cobaltss.net as well. And until that happens, I shall continue making use of the "Blocklist" feature to keep those automotively minded children visibly chained)

PEACE

HA!!! A little? Man, you underestimate my build. With spray (~150 shot) I'm hoping to break 500 whp with the stock blower

You can go ahead and put me up there whenever. 270.8whp and 212.33tq.
This is with everything thats in my sig and the stock gm stage 2 tune, and NO METH. I will update once I get tuned. We are shooting for the 300s guys. I am going to probably grab a smaller pulley, advance the timing on the meth, hope the injectors dont go static, and see where we are at.

Also, soon we will be shooting for over 350. I am adding a heat exchanger, 35shot of nitrous, plus a nitrous intercooler, and an amazing tune from my favorite dyno shop.

Not to boast or brag, but my trunk is gonna look so badass having 2 10lb bottles of nitrous, and a meth kit in the trunk...thats sexy lol. I finally made top 10, woot. I will get that dyno sheet to you asap.

Soon I will be making a huge build thread of everything I have done, with lots of pictures, and lots of pictures of dyno sheets etc.
