I screwed up when I ordered my header and got a midleghth. At the time I thought I was going to go m62/nitrous and wanted low end power, but a tvs sounds like a better idea. My downpipe flange on the mildlength header is 2.5, so im going to have to weld on a 3in flange for the 3in catback. Yeah I know that might sound silly, but I can always switch to a longtube down the road.
Cancel your order
OTTP makes a higher quality long tube header; just make sure you go with a 3" flange for a 3" - 2.5" down pipe.
Largest cat-back you need on your car is stock or a 2.25" aftermarket mandrel bent option.

I am a text book overthinker and all this exhaust talk is driving me crazy. I think i might just go with a 2.5 catback, tvs/ported head combo and call it good. I don't need to make gobs of power, it's already been done before. My dsm and chevelle are probably jeleaous of the new balt taking all the attention, so I should probably call it good soon haha.

Just remember when modifying a supercharged ecotec 2.0, 2.2, or 2.4 liter.
Which ever it may be...
It's not about how much boost you keep adding, it about how much air you can flow with as little boost as possible.
Good luck
