no surge, didnt have any stock either, term just had to adjust my air tables, but everything runs great!
as far as intakes go it is one of the better (i know people have been knocking if for a while) but look at aem, as an example, the HUGE silicon coupler that runs all the way from the turbo to the intake, where hahn has a metal piece in there theirs is silicon. definitely stronger, no possibility of it collapsing

I was just curious. I have/had the aem and can't seem to get rid of the surge still. Still scratching my head. Did you do a before base line run?

stock run? yes i ran with all of those bolt ons before the tune, and ran 254whp, and 277wtq,
from what i understand the AEM intake causes surge because of the silicon coupler, under higher boost pressure the coupler actually collapses allowing A LOT less air in causing major surge issues,

Awesome gains! 60hp and 80tq. So the only thing different in our cars is the intake and dp. so I guess my numbers will pretty similar to yours.

I can understand your statement there, but I'm not sure you fully understand what I was trying to say. I understand that every dyno is different. That is why I wanted to know if he did a baseline so that he could get "accurate" numbers for gains over stock.

Hey Brian you need to come up so I can update your tune for you. Ryan have the dyno shop email you the dyno sheet if you dont already have it and post it up so everyone can see the gains. I think it was still making 280+ whp at 7000 RPMs IIRC.

Your welcome. I am glad you are happy even though your clutch is not so happy. FYI for everyone who is wondering all pulls done in 4th gear and his clutch was slipping pretty badly which may have been costing him some power. My scanner never read higher than 242 kPa which is 20.5 psi probably due to the clutch slipping. I was commanding more than 20.5 psi.

you may want to consider retune? the intake and dp change the air tables thats why i put them on first so that i could have my car tuned to the parts............

I've been over to get it touched up. It is running really strong. It is nice to see the same gains that I have seen with my car.

I have already tuned almost everyone from Florida who has posted in this thread actually. Except for JPizzle.
