so after fighting with internet companies, i just got refunded and went out and bought the **** local

-pioneer deh-4000ub
-kenwood kfc-6972ie
-kenwood kfc-1682ie
-kenwood kac-7204 or 7203 not sure but they are the same
-2 10" precision power pcx104 dual voice coil

only thing is, i really dont care for the subwoofers but the ABC i went too didnt have too many subs to offer.... all the others were single voice coil

i may go up and have them special order the dual voice coil polk or JBL subwoofers

 

Those subs look cheap. Even if they sound good. I wouldnt go with them

i paid 120 for both subs and box........ got a deal because it was a floor model that was kinda new... also know the guy

 

subs are too small for me..... than again i am an attention *****..... bet my p3 hits harder.... than again i have it at 2 ohms and something like 750rms
but i hope you like it should sound really good

It looks good, but I just don't like the subs. I think they look cheap.

The subs your using are PPI flat subs.
I don't know about the new ones but the old one were awsome,
There was a time that those were the subs to get, that was before the DEI takeover though
IMO you should not not trade those in on a set of Polks or worse JBL's

i just heard the 12" version that puts out 360rms and they sounded amazing.... they were powered by a kenwood kac9204D....450rms per sub but at like 75%... so around 325rms each


is 500 watts a good amount of power for 2 subwoofers?????

and ive heard its bad to run ur amp at 100%.......
