08 HU harness?

Which harness for a 2008 LT cobalt? I have the pioneer 7 speaker and on star but I am not going with the module I just want the cheaper harness... Which one do I get that will work? I dont care about the door chimes or warning noises.

Metra = 70-2202 or Metra = 70-2104?

I have heard mixed results? Everything is wired up and ready to go. The harness I was given with a module was for a 06 and does not work... I need this hooked up today!

70-2104 is the answer but the 2202 will work in a pinch

no the 2104 is pinned correctly you need to run acc to the fuse box. the 2202 should be the same pin out except the speakers would be swapped (either left/right or front/back idk)

I got the subs to work but now not any other speakers... Do I have to cut and splice the remote wire from the stock harness in with the remote wire on the after market head unit as well?

What wire is it? Any pics anywhere? Sorry for all the questions but its my first stereo install period and its not going as easy as I thought it was... I have everything wored up and the subs sound awesome.. No speaker sound though for any of the other speakers... What wire do I cut and do I just splice it in with the other remote wire?

I am looking for the stock color wire before the harness. I have the subs turn on with the head unit. I need the other speakers too. I have the 7 speaker package and I am just trying to get the stock speakers to wirk. Like I said the subs turn on and off and so does the amp. I just need sound from my stock speakers.

there should only be one pink wire in the stock wire colors.

if it helps the speaker wires are : tan/gray yellow/brown green/light green blue/light blue and they should be all next to each other on one of the plugs. i THINK the pink wire is on the opposite plug but its been a while so i really don't know
