yes, should be no problem, but you will have to remove some metal backing behind the dash

(im assuming 7 inch is the mounting depth?) i have a double din that is like 7 and 3/8ths and i have about a 1/2 inch or so left with 5 rca cables, harness, and bus plugged in (tat i an feel, everything is pushed down tho, but works fine)

 

i am having a place install it because i dont know about all the steering wheel contorols and door chime stuff and everything

 

yes u will need to remove the metal behind the dash. tell ur install place this before hand and u should be good
