760 watt

If you have a 760 watt amp, and its a 2 channel does the mean its 760 to each sub say if you have 2 or is it 380 to each sub?

depends on the amp (true wattage or over rated) and the resistance(2 ohm, 4ohm, etc.) My amp, for example says 500 watts, but it's only 375 at 2 ohms.

But yes, it is total wattage. So 2 subs would be 380 to each, considering RMS wattage is 760 and depending on the ohms.
