Adding Mp3..

Hi, so I recently bought a 06 Cobalt SS and it does not have a mp3 jack in the stereo. Does anyone know if this model has a jack in the back and it is just a matter of popping the stereo off and feeding the wire through? I like the look of the stereo and would rather not replace.

I also heard about attaching the mp3 cable to your attena and then to your ipod. Apparently then you can just use an FM station and it plays through your stereo.

I have heard about the the GM adapter but I'd rather not spend that kind of money, sooner get a new stereo.

Any thoughts would be great. I pick up the car tomorrow, will be much better then driving my parents van around. Haha.

You can attach an FM transmitter to your IPod and then just listen to it off of the stock radio (not a USB cable on the antenna)

As for the back USB port, I was wonderin the same thing, my 09 has a front USB port and I was wonderin if there was in the back (i kinda doubt it tho)
