I am curious as to whether anyone here has has an Alpine Head Unit and if they ever used the Imprint technology. And if so, what they think of it? Apparently it really improves your cars sound quality.

 

**** it.... never touched it but herd its pretty sweet. Im nto into all that alpine bullshit thou. if i can buy one product and use it perfect but really alpine runs "best" if you buy all their crap. Sadly

 

I have the w505 and the imprint kit, and cant get it right. can get it close but when running impring it lowers the bass levels and you cant adjust anything when in imprint mode other than just the bass and treble tone controls. I do use the box with the imprint manager turned off so that i have the good 3way active controls and the 5band para eq or the 7band graphic.
