ground is bad, bad electronics. You can get a ground isolator, I believe walmart sells them, I know best buy. That will take care of your problem, they are farely cheap.

RCA jacks running down the opposite side of the car then your power and remote? Or do you have them all running down the same side? Also are you running Monster cables or cheap RCA's?

Also, sorry lol. You said you have 2 amps. Do you have distribution blocks, if so what gauge wiring are you running. I believe you should run to the blocks atleast 4 or even 2 gauge, someone correct me. You can run from the block to the amps I believe 6 maybe 4 gauge.

I have zero gauge going to the distribution block then 4 gauge going to the amps and the RCA is not near the remote wire

Hmmm, couple ideas...
1) Test out running a ground from your deck directly to the battery
2) Keep signal wires at least 6 inches away from power wires otherwise they can electromagnetically couple and the noise from the power will be seen on the signal wires (think electromagnet coil). If you have to cross the two make sure they are at 90 degrees to each other.
3) Check the ground at your alternator. Did you change it too?
