Amp problem?

ok so I bought a Kenwood 352u head unit for my 01 Camaro, and before i bought my amp I had it hooked up to the stock amp (monsoon) with new polk audio 6.5 coaxial speakers and they all worked fine hooked directly up to the head unit. then I did a battery relocate and installed a sound ordnance M-4075 4 channel amp and i used both the the front and rear AV out connections from the head unit. But the only two speakers that work now are the right front and left rear speaker are the only ones that seem to be working now. No matter which way i swap the AV cables they seem to only power the same 2 speakers and when i use fade on the right side only the front speaker is the only one that works and it fades both for full front and full rear. same goes for the left side with the left rear speaker.

my question is since the head unit is only a few months old and this is a brand new amp but I just want to be sure its only the amp or if anyone else has seen this before and maybe im missing something completely. the reason why I have narrowed it down the the amp is because if i swap the front cables with the rear cables from the head unit i get the same problem and it doesnt switch channels, and because the front and rear of each side seem to bleed together as if some how the factory connected the channels together.

and i also read out all the speaker wires and they are all isolated and hooked to the amp correctly.
