automatic window question

Is it possible to replace the switch for the driver window with the auto driver switch?...sorry if the question is unclear, but i basically hate having to hold the button down instead of just click it like the drivers window does.

either way the switch itself is just that it doesnt really control anything except provide a signal to the computer

I think that all power window controls on the drivers side should have the auto down feature. You won't miss it till it's gone

...But power windows of any sort sure beats the hell out of having to crank those manuals.

yes, so does anyone know if i replace the switch will the pass. window be auto down? or is that controlled by the computer?...It seems to me that the auto switch just keeps sending the signal to the window instead of having to hold it down

The logic for the express down feature is contained within the switch itself so it should work.

Autoloc makes modules for $40 a pop that makes the windows auto up AND down. I've been looking at doing that for my balt and trcuk. Would be handy, also says it piggy backs over the top of the original express feature.

Thanks for the link 69Chevy! That looks pretty sweet. Shame you have to get one for each window though, but that's not much of a problem in a coupe
