Anyone ever run into problems with the BCM when they connect the remote turn on lead for the amp in the fusebox? It's tapped into one of the blank fuse spots which is ACC.

Guys at the dealer installed a new BCM and i guess it blew and so they're blaming that it's the stereo that is installed.

Any ideas why it would affect the BCM?

The stereo shouldn't affect the BCM, however a bad install could affect the BCM.
