Blowing parking lamp fuse Please HELP!

What causes this fuse to blow? I am up to a twenty amp fuse. I had a fifteen which lasted less than two weeks. I think the previous owner had an aftermarket stereo in, I found some bundled wires underneath to the left of the steering column. I fixed one that was not connected good, but I continue to blow. I do not know if these have anything to do with my situation or not.

Have you traced the wires? And if so, where did they lead?

replace the fuse with a jumper wire and you'll find the short when it catches on fire
