Boston Acoustic SX95

Well i bought these speakers for the rear, they were hooked up to the amp. The day after i got them i noticed a sound like they were blown, so today i took it to the shop. The guy lifted the trunk and listened and said "these are blown". Later when he took them out he saw that the factory didn't weld or whatever they do to the tweeter which lead to problems causing them to come on and off and blow the other rears.

I bitched and he replaced them for no charge.. So just to let you all know to watch out with the loose tweeters

So you hooked up a 4ohm speaker to a 2ohm amp load? Thats very rare for boston acoustics to do that. Im working on my sssc right now and am doing a full boston system. Spg555 Pros, or sl's, GT24 and GT40, RF 3Sixty.2. I work for audio advantage of cincinnati.
