A/C / Heat Works when it wants to
fuses are fine, i dont think its the resistor because all 4 settings work when it does work...
i dont think its the blower because it blows fine when it does work....

when it doesnt heat or cool and just blows neutral temp air, check your coolant temp, if it shows --- then you would either have to clear that code (is hidden then shows up as coolant level below threshold), or replace the coolant temperature sensor.

its doesnt blow neutral temp air, it either blows or it doesnt
