Component speakers

Trying to make a decision on which components to get for my front speakers.
I am looking at the following, Boston Acoustics sr60, Alpine spx-17REF, Alpine spr-17S,
JL Audio C2-650.
Feel free to suggest any others under $400.

no 5.1k 4u I would lose too much on it anyway, as I paid over $2100 CAD total. Funny thing is that I have never even seen the amp, don't even know where it is/how installed (behind the seats no doubt). I have only seen pics online, and it is a beast. I still can't crank the system too much though, as I get a SES light for a second, and the HU will reboot most of the time. It was fine at initial install, but obviously the stock electrical is taking a beating.

And to rept. I recommend the Hertz HSK-165 comps. They sound great. I have the newer ones (tweeter has a horizontal cut on the grille). I used the brackets from stock Pioneer 6.5"s to mount the mids.

Heard nothing but good things about Hertz speakers. Found a set of the HSK 165 for under $300, waiting to hear back from him.

I've got Focal 165A1's. They sound better all by themselves than the entire stock Pioneer setup w subwoofer! They fit and look stock with a little work. Check out page 6 on my cardomain page.
